PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY:
All payments made to DSide Productions are final. Deposits are due upon invoice and are non-refundable once work has begun, as they secure scheduling and cover planning, consulting, and resource allocation.
If a client needs to reschedule, DSide Productions may, at its discretion, freeze and apply the deposit as a credit toward future services, subject to availability.
If DSide Productions is unable to perform the contracted services (e.g., illness, injury, or other circumstances within our control) and no suitable associate can perform in our place, a refund of payments received will be issued.
By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms. DSide Productions is committed to acting in good faith and delivering high-quality work, as your satisfaction is our best marketing.
